Exhibitor Information
Exhibit booth sales for the 2026 Texas Assessment Conference being held November 2 – 4, 2026 at the Kalahari Resort & Conference Center in Round Rock, Texas will open June 2026.
Who Attends?
The conference brings together teachers, counselors, school administrators, college-level instructors, and testing specialists, along with staff from the Texas Education Agency.
Exhibitor Sessions
Exhibitors wishing to submit session proposals must co-present with someone from a school campus, district, or college/university.

- 10 feet x 20 feet
- includes 6 exhibitor badges

Exhibitor Move-in
Sun, Nov. 1: 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Mon, Nov 2: 7:30 a.m. – 11 a.m.
(Tabletops may move in Monday morning. All booths must be completely set up by 11 a.m., Mon, Nov 2.)
Show Times
Mon, Nov 2: 11 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Tues, Nov 3: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Exhibitor Move-out
Tues, Nov 3: 3:30 – 7 p.m.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds (amount paid to date less a $100 processing fee) will be granted for space canceled if requested by confirmed email to smoak@moakcasey.com on or before September 25, 2026. No refunds will be granted for space that is canceled by phone or canceled after September 25, 2026.

Requests for exhibit space may be submitted through ExpoGenie. In order to complete the form, you will be asked to provide the following information:

The person who will serve as the Primary Contact receives details from ExpoGenie and the Exhibitor Services Kit from Superior Expo Services.
