The 2024 Texas Assessment Conference will be held at the Kalahari Resort & Conference Center in Round Rock, Texas.

The Texas Assessment Conference Housing Block contains rooms at the contracted discount rate in the Kalahari Resorts and Convention Center and its new property the La Quinta Inn & Suites.  

When the Conference Housing Block is sold out, rooms may still be booked online outside the block.  These rooms are available only at the current Kalahari daily room rates.

Kalahari – The 2-Room Suites have now sold out for night of Monday, Nov. 4th and are  being sold at the Kalahari daily room rate.

La Quinta – The King room type has sold out for the nights of Tues., Nov 5th and Wed, Nov. 6th. Double Queens are still available.
