**The Kalahari room block has sold out. If there are still rooms available outside of the block, the Kalahari will book them the regular Daily Room Rate.**

The La Quinta still has a few rooms available inside the Conference room block.

We have opened up additional courtesy room blocks at a few surrounding hotels. These rates are good through October 22, 2023. Please see listing below.

Housing Information

The 2023 Texas Assessment Conference will be held at the Kalahari Resort & Conference Center in Round Rock, Texas.

The Texas Assessment Conference Housing Block contains rooms at the contracted discount rate in the Kalahari Resorts and Convention Center and its new property the La Quinta Inn & Suites.

When the Conference Housing Block is sold out, rooms may still be booked online outside the block. These rooms are available only at the current Kalahari daily room rates.
