2022 Conference Exhibitors
Registration for exhibit space is now open.
Requests for exhibit space will be processed in the order in which they are received. Efforts will be made to assign exhibit/booth space in accordance with Exhibitor’s specified preference; however, no guarantee is made by Moak Casey that Exhibitor’s preference will be met.

Requests for Exhibit Space Due by: Friday, July 22, 2022
Exhibit Space Payment: Request for Exhibit Space must be accompanied by full payment.
Hotel Registration: A link for housing will be sent in a separate email with exhibit space confirmation number.
Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds will be granted for space canceled if requested in writing and emailed on or before September 15, 2022. A cancellation fee of $100 may be assessed if cancelled after September 15, 2022.
(No refunds will be granted for space canceled after October 21, 2022.)
Texas Assessment Conference Booth Sizes:
- Single: $675 10×10 4 exhibitor badges
- Double: $1,300 10×20 6 exhibitor badges
- Island: $2,500 20×20 8 exhibitor badges

Exhibit Hall Dates:
Monday, November 7, 11:00 am – 5:00 pm
Tuesday, November 8, 7:30 am – 3:00 pm
Move-in: Sunday, November 6, 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Move-out: Tuesday, November 8, 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Exhibitor Packets: Floor Plan and Exhibitor Packets will be emailed separately by Texas Xpo.
