The Texas Assessment Conference Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration is hosted by Expo-Genie for 2025. Upon registration confirmation, you will receive a Welcome email from Expo-Genie with login credentials to the Exhibitor Portal where you will find all information for the show and a show task list with deadlines.

Requests for Exhibit Space Close: September 4, 2025 or when booth space has sold out.
Exhibit Space Payment: Request for Exhibit Space must be accompanied by full payment.
Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds (amount paid less $200 processing fee) will be granted for space canceled if requested in writing and emailed on or before October 10, 2025. (No refunds will be granted for space canceled after October 10, 2025.)

- Single: $775 10×10 4 exhibitor badges
- Double: $1,550 10×20 6 exhibitor badges
- Island: $3,100 20×20 8 exhibitor badges

Tuesday, November 4, 7:30 am – 3:00 pm
Move-in: Sunday, November 2, 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm and Monday, November 3, 7:30 am – 12:00 pm
Move-out: Tuesday, November 4, 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Exhibitor Packets: The general show contractor will email Exhibitor Kits with website login to the primary booth contact in late June 2025.
