(Sponsors will have access to early booth selection when registering for a sponsorship package June 10, 2024 through July 11, 2024.)

2024 Conference Exhibitors

The Texas Assessment Conference Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration will be moved into Expo-Genie for 2024.  Upon registration confirmation, you will receive a Welcome email from Expo-Genie with login credentials to the Exhibitor Portal where you will find all information for the show, interactive booth selection, and a show task list with deadlines.

Requests for Sponsorship Open June 10, 2024.

Requests for Exhibit Space Open July 12, 2024.

Requests for Exhibit Space Close: When booth space has sold out.

Exhibit Space Payment: Request for Exhibit Space must be accompanied by full payment.

Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds (amount paid less $200 processing fee) will be granted for space canceled if requested in writing and emailed on or before October 11, 2024. (No refunds will be granted for space canceled after October 11, 2024.)

Texas Assessment Conference Booth Sizes:

• Single: $750  10×10  4 exhibitor badges
• Double: $1,500   10×20  6 exhibitor badges
• Island: $3,000   20×20  8 exhibitor badges

Monday, November 4, 12:00 am – 5:00 pm

Tuesday, November 5, 7:30 am – 3:00 pm

Move-in: Sunday, November 3, 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm and Monday, November 4, 7:30 am – 12:00 pm

Move-out: Tuesday, November 5, 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Exhibitor Packets: Alliance Expo is the general show contractor and will email a website login to the primary booth contact in late July 2024.
