All-in-One Digital Event Platform

The 2020 Texas Assessment Conference/TACTP Conference will be conducted virtually November 16-17, 2020. We will use the Hopin virtual conference platform so we can bring you the amazing speakers, networking, expo booths, breakout sessions, and the fortuitous random “run-ins” that happen at physical events. The difference is you don’t need to travel to Austin or book a hotel to show up!

Registrants not only have access to the sessions as they happen, they also will be able to watch session recordings for 60 days following the conference – through end-of-day January 19, 2021! So if there are two great sessions scheduled for one time slot, don’t worry about it. Simply attend one, and watch the other one at your convenience!

Attendee Quick Reference Guide

Join from laptop or PC. We recommend attending the Texas Assessment Conference through your laptop/PC, rather than your mobile device, for the best experience.

Use Google Chrome as your browser.
You must use Chrome as your web browser to access all the features of the conference platform. If that’s not already your default browser, be sure to download it. Pro tip: Make sure your browser is up to date.

Check your internet speed. We recommend a minimum of 5mbps download and 2mbps upload. Ideally, we like to see 30mbps download and 10mbps upload or higher for the best quality. Test your speed here.

Restart your computer before joining the event. This ensures that there are no other video applications holding onto audio or video for any reason.

Please use headphones when participating on-screen. This will help eliminate echo and feedback.
